Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Within Karachi City Rs. 250 flat shipping fee
Outside Karachi City Rs. 550 flat shipping fee

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Karachi only. You only pay when you receive your order. No advance payment is required for COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is not received after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, please contact us if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An order with a missing item
  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue immediately.
